So thankful for the ease. I have two little boys under 3 with me, and can't drop off the car and leave... Martha was great - she told me to come on in, helped me promptly even though I got there mid-morning. The whole thing was done promptly in an hour while we walked our stroller to some other places on Shaw. Also, I liked how the system generated that we needed to check a recall. That's handy.
